Blooming Memories: Unique Photo Sessions in Tulip Fields
Experience the joy of a relaxed and fun sunset photo session with your family, set against the vibrant beauty of a tulip field in full bloom. With thousands of flowers creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop, you'll create memories that turn into stunning wall art. With over 20 years of experience as a family photographer and 5 years working at the Wicked Tulip Flower Farm, I specialize in making people of all ages feel comfortable and at ease during their session—especially little ones! I’m skilled at capturing the perfect angles and poses to highlight your family’s unique bond, and I have a particular talent for creating beautiful generational portraits that you'll treasure for years to come.
The tulip season is brief, running only from mid-April to mid-May, and sunset family and senior sessions are extremely limited during this time. WTFF has three locations: Exeter RI, Preston CT, and Johnston RI. Each location is only open a few weeks so my session availability is very limited! The tulip season won’t last long, so don't miss out—

As a full-service photographer, I sell high-quality metal prints in sizes 16x20 and larger, turning your favorite moments into timeless works of art.
One Hour Session $625

What to Expect
- Reservation

Fill out our reservation form to choose which session type you're looking for and I'll send you a questionnaire to better understand your vision.
- Phone Consultation

After you complete the questionnaire, we’ll have a phone consultation to discuss your vision, the process, answer any of your questions, and explore your ideas. This step is important in making you feel comfortable so that our session can be everything you wanted and more. Next we’ll schedule the photography session.
- Your Portrait Session

Where the magic happens! We will have fun exploring different spots, poses, and games throughout the session. Let’s make your vision a reality.
- Photo Review & Purchasing

A portrait review and ordering meeting will be scheduled at your session. At this meeting, which can either be in person or by Zoom, you will pick photographs you would like for wall art, gift prints, folios, and/or albums. These final photo collections generally range from $300 to $4,000, depending on the artwork that best suits your needs. An online gallery is also available for you to share with family. Many options are available!

- Where will we do the session?

Wicked Tulip Farms has three locations: Exeter RI, Preston CT, and Johnston RI. We can meet at whichever location is most convenient for you!
- Do you photograph in other flowers and other locations?

Yes, I photograph at my home garden studio, which has over 10,000 tulips, New England Botanical Garden at Tower Hill in Boylston, MA, beautiful daffodil fields in Dartmouth, MA, and if you have a location in mind, I do not mind traveling!
- I’m nervous about whether my kids will engage in the session.

Your feelings are completely normal, but do not worry! I love working with kids and have lots of fun games and tricks up my sleeve to help them express themselves - that’s why you are hiring an expert. I will guide them through the whole process. Remember, our goal is to capture a genuine moment in time, embracing your loved ones exactly as they are. These photos will allow you to look back with fondness at the true essence and character of their age. I’m very easy going and we will laugh and have fun - I promise!
